I worked at Dorel full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The teams are passionate about developing products that aid parents in raising their young children. The company is not afraid to support strategic programs. They have an extensive product line touching on all aspects of juvenile products.

    Cons

They could do more to support the brands in the eyes of consumers. This should help them get win increased placement at retail.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dorel (Dowagiac, MI).

    Interview

Spoke with a Director, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Director had a fairly clear idea of what they were looking for from an ideal candidate.

The interview ran a little bit longer than either of us expected as we found quite a bit to talk about. This was one of the more pleasant interviews I have had recently.

    Interview Questions

    • No surprise questions. Interviewer was very direct and personable.   Answer Question
