I have been working at Dot Hill full-time

    Pros

Small, family friendly atmosphere work together to achieve results for the company.

    Cons

Salary increases were based on stock prices. Could go several years without a salary increase.

    Advice to Management

Try to incorporate some of the old 'Dot Hill' style in employee relations. Since STX I felt like I was just a number not an individual with a unique set of skills.

    Interview

He is the head of software architecture. He sent me the email to make a phone interview appointment. He called me at the interview date and let me introduce myself. He also went through each project in the resume and asked several questions he was interested in. He also asked me some technical questions related to my resume. He also questioned me what my career goal is. At last, he asked me whether I was comfortable to program in C.
