Access to leading edge technology, great personalities and a noble cause: our children. At times, we even get our students back as employees, which is really rewarding to see.
Rapid change, significant turnover and too many projects being introduced simultaneously. It's difficult to do anything well when expectations are constantly evolving.
Advice to Management
Develop what we already have with the staff we've got. Limit the number of additional projects until current ones are in production long enough to yield results.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Douglas County School District (CO) (Highlands Ranch, CO).
Phone interview with AP followed by face-to-face. At FTF, spoke with principal for 20 minutes then interviewed with a panel composed if an AP and four teachers from the department.
