I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Downer Group (Sydney (Australia)) in February 2017.
Based on experience in Australian listed entities, I found the recruitment process at Downer to be unusual in comparison. The listed contact didn't respond to calls or emails leading up to the deadline, so there was no available opportunity to better understand the nature of the role. Similarly there were no returned calls or emails post-application. The reception team was very helpful in finding alternative contacts within the HR department, but this did not result in any returned correspondence.
