    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Downer Group in October 2017.

    Interview

Firstly applied online and waited for several months and got a surprise phone interview to confirm my identity, I’m guessing it’s to check that I did the application myself and then taking notes. There were extra questions that weren’t in the original application so had to think on my feet. I least expected it.
After the phone interview, they called me back a few weeks later to arrange an interview time. Then I had an interview a week later. I was interviewed by three people and they were really comforting, welcoming and nice to chat with. They would ask questions about your study, and how would you respond if you were in X situation. The thing I’m disappointed is the amount of time it took to arrange the whole interview.
