Company has strong products and likes to experiment with new product lines and sub suppliers. Management open to suggestions and generally supports its people.
Salaries are less than great, communication could be better between sales and operations, lots of turn over in some departments. The company does try hard, and the people do the best that they can.

Try to roll out fewer projects, and instead create better communication.
