    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dream Town Realty in March 2008.

    Interview

Fairly easy process. I submitted my resume and was called within a couple of days to come in to meet with one of the managing brokers/trainers. I walked through my recent experience and was asked about handling difficult situation. I learned more about Dream Town and the office. I believe there was more attention being paid to how I talked and presented myself. A big part of real estate sales is being personable and being seen as trustworthy. I pretty much had the job from the interview.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

You're a contractor getting paid commission essentially, so there isn't any negotiation. You're happy with the terms or not.
