I have been working at Dreams full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Put the customer first - internally, externally; every interaction
     - Do what we say we will do - integrity, dedicated and passionate employees
     - Trust & respect each other - no airs and graces here - you can truly be yourself
     - Recognise and celebrate our success - Thank Yous, Service Awards, Annual Conferences (Rak-Su!)
     - Passionate about winning and having fun - Market leaders and going from strength to strength!

    Cons

Benefits package is great with free parking and gym, however would like more variety i.e. discounts for leisure/ hospitality

    Advice to Management

Have more face-to-face communications, over emails, when working in partnership with other departments to harvest relationships

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Dreams in October 2017.

    Interview

Call on the phone, then in person demo. The students were very energetic as this is not your typical text book learning experience as lessons were all taught using games.
