I have been working at Drift full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I'm working with some of the smartest people of my career here. In just a few years we've built a category and created a brand with real recognition, which is pretty crazy and amazing.

People genuinely like spending time together and take the time to get to know people. We have things like Marketing hackathons where we take a day just to come up with new ideas and people have the autonomy to actually execute on them.

We also have perks like free lunch every day, a sabbatical after 3 years off, Classpass discounts and more.

It's really a chance of a lifetime to build your career here.

    Cons

It's disappointing seeing people bash a company that is paying them and helping them build their resume in a way. There have definitely been growing pains but the difference is that people actually care and are doing things to correct issues.

    Advice to Management

    Ignore the haters.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Drift (Boston, MA) in January 2019.

    Interview

Easy interview; much more a question of culture fit than anything else as learning on the job and pushing yourself beyond your boundaries are the most critical factors for success at the company.
