I worked at Drish full-time (Less than a year)
Work load is pretty less. 8 hour shift always sufficient for your daily work. People are friendly.
1.) No work on new technology.
2.) Management not interested in growth of company and just running like govt office. So very few clients available and hence less business. Because of this the salary hike will be very less. Almost nil.
3.) Training students !! Some one please tell them that either you run a full time company or full time training.
4.) After one year you have to leave company, because they won't give you sufficient hike. They hire only those who asks less salary.
Advice to Management
Try concentrating on your business, get more clients , switch to new technologies. Increase your revenue and pass it to your employees as well..
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Drish (Chandigarh (India)) in June 2012.
Interview was very easy. Very basic questions were asked
There was no negotiation, they provided me what i asked for
