    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Droga5 in May 2019.

    Interview

I'll start off by saying that I got rejected from the position at first, and two days later received an email saying that it was a "glitch in their system" that sent out the rejection email. We scheduled what the recruiter said would be a phone screening which turned out to be a video interview. Luckily, I had my laptop opening and received the call. It was very informal and the woman interviewing me didn't even introduce herself. Asked me a few questions about my resume and had a pretty pleasant conversation. However, her answers to my ending questions felt rushed and the interview ended pretty quickly. Afterward, I sent a thank you email to the recruiter which she responded to on Wednesday of that week saying that they would email me with final results by Friday. This was two weeks ago and I have yet to at the very least receive a rejection email. You would think that when you interview you'd at least deserve that but I guess not... Overall not a great experience at all!
