I have been working at Drover full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
A lot of start-ups seem to struggle to get good talent and retain it, but in my experience so far everyone from Product, to Design and Sales is great at what they do, and enjoys working here, which is refreshing.
East London location means you get to skip the rush hour crush.
Good equipment
Forward-thinking HR policies
Good communication between teams
Freedom to voice ideas and grow
Cons
Growing team means office & meeting space is limited
Office is a little out of the way for those used to being in zone 1
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing
Application
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Drover (London, England (UK)) in November 2017.
Interview
An initial telephone call with Dan the hiring manager who is lovely. This was then followed by an interview. In person interview was a brief chat and then a half an hour assessment followed by meeting the CTO.
