Advice to Management
It is the blue coverall employees that work in the heat and sun - who actually produces quality work and earns money. But they are the ones treated worst throuh overtime reductions, salary deductions, non-transparent appraisals etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Drydocks World (Jumayrah (United Arab Emirates)) in February 2015.
Basic QC Questions on ship repair standards and welding process knowledge and explanation of previous work experience will be sought. Also fundamentals of ship building, ship construction processs, various types of pipe / structural construction will be asked
