I have been working at DuPage Credit Union full-time
Paid time off is nice. Gifts when you hit anniversaries. Casual days. Meetings with VP's and the president. Many people have been there a long time so there are some good resources if you need help. 401k match. You get all holidays off. Half day on Saturday. Time off to volunteer.
Small credit union so pay is just OK. Some gray areas in written procedures. Medical coverage for family is rather poor. You might have to wait a bit to move up in your role since people rarely quit.
Advice to Management
Continue to meet with the team and take their input seriously.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DuPage Credit Union (Naperville, IL) in August 2016.
1st interview with HR in person, 2nd interview with department manager in person, 3rd interview with direct manager. The 1st interview is to see if you line up with the job description. The 2nd interview is to test how you fit in to the department and ask what you look for in a manager. 3rd interview is to find out your skill level, grill you with questions and ask if you have any questions.
