The Beginning

Our story started with a small, dedicated team writing code, over countless late nights and weekends, with the goal of turning the ambitions of P&C carriers into reality. Driven by a passion for insurance, they believed in creating technology that unlocked the potential of people and their ideas.

Today, we are a company of more than 1,200 people among 12 offices in five countries. We have a full suite of SaaS solutions on which carriers can run their business.     Application

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Duck Creek Technologies.

    Interview

    The recruiter reached out over LinkedIn and we had a short call. The position ended up not being a good fit so I interviewed for a different position. I spoke to the hiring manager and at the end of our conversation I was told I would be meeting with other members of the team as a next step and that the recruiter would reach out. The recruiter never followed up, so I sent a follow up message 3 days later and it took another 3 days for the recruiter to respond and say they were moving forward with another candidate. I was not impressed with the communication and how the process was handled.
