    Pros

    - Incredible people; everyone is very engaging and supportive and the office has a wonderful energy to it. - You get to work across sub-sections/verticals within the organisation due to the company being small which means you work on different types of projects and develop skills in a variety of areas. - Genuine opportunity to connect with C-suite. - Hybrid work week (pro & con); allowed flexibility of work location. - Super accommodating with needs as things change whilst you are working there, they are open to remote work and hybrid opportunities. - Awesome merch (the mugs, t-shirts and stickers were my favorites).

    Cons

    - Some of the work can feel monotonous and repetitive; you will be doing similar elements within projects but the scope of those project will change which helped maintain engagement. - Hybrid work week (pro & con); personally I loved days in the office and struggled sometimes with being remote 3 days a week but there are daily meetings and internal syncs which help maintain focus. - A lot of Duco's clients put employee's under NDA's and interns don't get read in a lot of the time so sometimes you won't fully know what is going on around you.

      Interview

The interview was pretty straight forward that took place via video conference. It lasted no more than an hour and it was a good opportunity to learn more about the company. I would recommend this for anyone that's interesting in learning about what consulting is.
