If you visit our offices in November, you’re likely to see a disproportionally large amount of men sporting facial hair in support of the Movember charity raising awareness for men’s health issues. Your coworkers are great to work with here and management is readily available. Most of management has been in the industry for 10+ years and provide you with a wealth of knowledge. The company as a whole has the best interest of the clients at heart and that genuine care is reflected back in the way they treat their employees as well.
The open concept work environment can be difficult to adjust to but once people adjust they usually find it preferable to being in a stiff corporate environment.
Advice to Management
I think management is moving in the right direction and if we stay on course employees will continue to have opportunities to move up and around the company in the way we have been the past 5 years.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dude Solutions (Cary, NC).
Applied online, HR call, hiring manager call, on-site 2-hour panel style interview.
Hiring manager seemed very uninterested, was late, no resume, paper/pen, nothing.
Very one-way interview, never tried to sell me, the candidate on the company or job.
I walked away very disappointed as I believed in the culture here beforehand.
