    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at DuraServ (Dallas, TX) in January 2018.

    Interview

Very drawn out for no reason. From panel style interviews to tests to more panel interviewing and I was told to come in multiple times and required to do one step each time and the last time, told to do a recruiting strategy presentation for a position that is hard to fill to the team. I didn't really feel comfortable doing this after the third time I came in because I felt I was giving away my own recruiting strategies for free and that the salary offered did not match the requirements but I went along anyway due to a third party really pushing me to take the position whom I felt obligated to and also just to have something to do while waiting on a background clearance for an agency that was taking a while to process. (Federal) The interviews and tests are very easy but seems to be drawn out when it could all be done at once. Also, getting free work out of a candidate also did not leave a good impression either. I also believe when they created the initial job description, they were either confused on the details or just guessed because the role changed at the last round of interviewing.!
