Lots of training on new initiatives
Finally taking mental health issues more seriously.

Lack of support when really needed by Union and board. Too many new initiatives that training is provided for and not enough focus on each new initiative before moving on to the next training.

Advice to Management

Show more compassion and support for caring teachers instead of siding with parents just for the Board to look good. Show more compassion for mental health issues of staff. Weed out ineffective
