Interview
They were very happy with my resume and qualifications; and said that it matched exactly to their requirement. Unfortunately I was located in San Jose and the job was in San Ramon which was like 2 hr commute. Before I could say that I have no issues with commute the recruiter was discouraging about the it and said I cannot do it and that the offer do not compensate for the commute and that it would be a job i would hate as the salary will be less than the work I would be putting in (extra work because of commute). He kept repeating the same thing even after me telling I am comfortable with the commute. Eventually I did not correspond back as I felt there was no way in which i could negotiate with the compensation as he kept saying "we are not ready to change the pay scale".InterviewAre you okay with the commute
