Our solutions require specialized expertise, complex technologies, highest quality, and low-volume design, development, testing, manufacturing, and operational capabilities – all delivered quickly and affordably.

Dynetics team members are experts in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, and computer engineering, as well as a range of sciences. They are also skilled in system design and engineering, modeling and simulation, cyber, radar signal processing, communication, aerodynamics, propulsion, prototyping, logistics, and other disciplines.

Our 65-acre corporate headquarters campus and other locations around the U.S. provide extensive space for collaboration, service delivery, research and development, testing, manufacturing, and support. Our infrastructure for delivering hardware products has expanded considerably, as evidenced by $170 million in related capital improvements in recent years.

The 226,500-square-foot Solutions Complex is designed to accommodate commercial and government programs and to provide flexibility for specific customer requirements. I have been working at Dynetics full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great company with challenging problems. The amount of work can be overwhelming at times due to growth, but the technical challenges is something I have been unable to find elsewhere. Management has been great and very understanding when life happens. Management encourages time off with family and friends! Plenty of paid time off and the ability to bank comp time is a great benefit!

    Cons

The company is growing at a rapid pace. With that said they are still only hiring the best employees to get the job done.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dynetics (Huntsville, AL) in October 2016.

    Interview

The interview process takes a couple of hours. You actually sit down and interview with four people, one supervisor, one manager, and a couple of other employees you could potentially work with in the future.
