    Pros

    Freedom to run your own business without micromanagement. Flexible hours, unlimited earning potential, ability to interact, gain insight and partner with top IT manufacturers.
    Dyntek is a true IT consulting firm - no corporate Kool-Aid culture.
    Company events and presidents clubs are top tier.

    Cons

    Very little support, training. Sink or swim culture.

    Advice to Management

    Have somebody go trough and respond to some of these glassdoor reviews. Most of them seem to be written by bitter people and dont reflect the hundreds of employees who love the company and have been with Dyntek for 10yrs +

    Application

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dyntek (New York, NY) in March 2011.

    Interview

    I went through three interviews. The first interview was with a Human Resources representative. The second interview was a technical interview with a Senior Consultant from the messaging team The third interview was with a consulting manager. The first and third interview took about 30 minutes. The technical interview took over an hour.
