I have been working at Dyntek full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Dyntek is truly an employee driven company. The perks of working for Dyntek can be measured in more than the fair wages. Dyntek employees support and celebrate together. You're expected to work hard every day, but your not expected to do it alone.

    Cons

Dyntek doesn't employee a lot of very specialized people for individual tasks, but rather very few high quality employees for a lot of different tasks in a wider area of expertise. This can lead to an often overwhelming physical and mental workload.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
