    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at E.A. Sween (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2019.

    Interview

I applied online and did a phone interview with a recruiter. They let me know they wanted me to move onto the next step, which was an in-person interview. They told me it would be one-on-one, but I ended up being interviewed by three people, which threw me for a bit of a loop. It was a very structured interview, with the interviewers reading their questions off a list, all of which were fairly straightforward interview questions.

They said they would get back to me by the end of the week, and at that point, they called me and told me they needed more time to consider their options, but I would hear back for sure by early next week. Then they called me and told me they were still considering their candidates, but I saw that the position had been re-posted on a job site. They did keep me in the loop, but ultimately took two weeks longer than they originally said they would, and I got the feeling they were stringing me along in case they didn't find someone more qualified. I ended up getting another offer and withdrew my application.
