Benefits, atmosphere, co-workers, operates in unique market/subject, location
Low pay, Boulder, constant layoffs and changes, management is not transparent.
Advice to Management
Tell employees what your strategy is so they can work to improve it, stop laying off and replacing everyone, create a structure to move up in the company and, increase pay because no one can afford Boulder!

Met with VP of Software Development (2nd visit)
They went overboard with asking questions about research when they proclaim to be an agile company. Many forums list this as the bread and butter of the company but if you are hiring an agile director of software development, you need to interview them as such. Ask about agile roadmaps, agile culture, understanding MoSCow ratings and Kano scores.
