As a family-owned company, we believe in the importance of preserving and enhancing the land for future generations to enjoy. Co-founders Ernest and Julio Gallo laid the foundation for our commitment to the environment in the 1930’s, and it is still evident today in how we manage all aspects of our business. Adhering to sustainable practices that are environmentally sound, economically feasible and socially equitable, we educate and inspire others to conserve and preserve. E. & J. Gallo Winery is proud to be an industry leader in sustainable wine growing.

I have been working at E. & J. Gallo Winery full-time (More than a year)
Everyday is an amazing challenge with a full supportive team. Sometimes I can't believe this is my job. It is absolutely rewarding
The Pros far outweigh any of the cons that come in and out of normal life
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at E. & J. Gallo Winery (San Luis Obispo, CA) in October 2017.
This was an awesome interview. It was very conversational and laid back. My interviewer was very engaging and seemed eager to answer all of my questions and to simply understand and get to know me as an individual.
