    Pros

The marketing team was full of A+ players and put together strong campaigns that built brand recognition and industry profile.

    Cons

Leadership through the challenges of going private and transitioning the corporate HQ to move to Austin was lacking and not transparent. There was a widespread feeling that the guys at the top screwed up and made out like bandits, while the little guys got screwed.

    Advice to Management

The company seems to be on a better path now. If the product team can fully integrate acquired technologies and build real value for customers, they'll do well.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at E2open (Rogers, AR) in June 2017.

    Interview

The interview consisted of three people that were not particularly friendly. Very stiff and abrupt with their questioning and conversation. Overall not a hard interview or even very intrusive.
