Executive Leadership really cares about culture, training and advancement. Employees are intelligent, motivated, empowered and hard working. Great work location. Really good benefits package and incentives.
Email churn, several processes that need to be improved, and high demand workload can lead to burn out while company is scaling staff.
Advice to Management
Executive Leadership -- find out how well your managers are doing as managers directly from their team. Ask good questions, dig into pros and cons. Support a collective management style and principles.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at E2open (New York, NY).
4 Personal Interview round. Each Interviewer took 30 minutes, mostly all were Technical.
They were checking design skills and core knowledge, few questions on databases, java etc. Last round was somewhat HR +Technical.
