Pros
I like having the flexibility of remote work - E78 is involved in so many different types of business consulting that you get to see a variety of things. I'm learning a lot and progressing in my career. Healthcare and 401k match are great.
Cons
The company has made a lot of acquisitions, so with that, there are growing pains that are actively being addressed. These things take time though.

Interview
The interview process was quite lucid, with a colossal focus on soft skills, which is appreciated. There were three interviews scheduled, two with the CFOs and the 3rd one with an employee. Even after clearing three rounds, with excellent feedback after each round; suddenly they'd mentioned they would not be moving forward. They had also mentioned how I'd be working and the hierarchy I'd be placed in. I found it intensely unprofessional.InterviewWalk me through your resume!
