    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at EAH (San Rafael, CA).

    Interview

I was interviewed three times, once over the phone and two in person, but at none of those times did I speak with anyone who had any experience doing the job I was being interviewed for. I was interviewed by who was to be my supervisor, but they had no experience in my field as, at least at the time, resident service coordinators were managed by the property management team.

    Interview Questions

    • I don't remember any of the questions, but they were all super generic and predetermined by HR. I also conducted a couple of interviews when I worked there and can attest to the fact that HR provides the questions that must be asked and they are in no way tailored to the specific candidate.   Answer Question
