I have been working at EASi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great People, Great work load, advancement opportunity, great benefits, great pay, part of a larger company Allegis that has deep pockets. All the other reviews complaining about pay and benefits are from people who have zero negotiation skills, or little experience in their field. Don't let them discourage you.

    Cons

401k Match not available, BUT is made up for in other benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EASi (Troy, MI) in September 2017.

    Interview

Two people showed up,they ask a lot of questions about yourself and what kind of person you are at work.
Bombarding of questions, when really they want to know if you can simply listen and answer. But their questions are really too personal in my opinion. Had to wait 10 -15 minutes. I withdrew my application because the interview was so uncomfortable.
