Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Pros- Everyone at ECP really cares about how customers (senior living communities) and their residents. There's a real enthusiasm for our product and how it makes senior living communities a better place
ConsI really love working at ECP! The only con would be that the company is growing a lot, so things are always changing. You have to be open to change to thrive at ECP.

InterviewThe hiring employee did not show up for my interview, thankfully others were there and I was able to have a discussion, but unfortunately it took numerous phone calls from myself to reach out to the company in order to get the position.
