Lower than typical pay for many jobs, long hours, lack of formal training programs, too many corporate policies.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at ECRS (Boone, NC) in January 2011.
Interviewed by the Executive Vice President (HR) and the department manager. Rather unstructured interview with probing questions. 3 total interviews during the process. It was a relaxed setting for the primary interview. A phone interview preceeded the interview in person. Which was followed by a lunch interview. Being for an entry level position it was a little extensive, however, the company has had great success in hiring qualified individuals.
