What do staff want and what would make them happy? This is a serious question. I have been in public for 25 years. I swear I feel like a mom and therapist as much as a professional. I truly care about my staff. Treat then well, fight for them, invest in their futures. But the last few years it seems like nothing is enough. I am seriously considering early retirement because it is so emotionally draining on me. So many younger staff in here and all I see is complaints. Am I alone?

ECS Financial Services Reviews
During my time here, I've been given a wide variety of great experience and learning opportunities above and beyond anything i have expected in this early part of my career. ECS has offered great mentorship as well as chances to grow individually. They provide training on different spheres, but also encourage understanding rather than just following steps, and the doors are always open for any existing questions. All in all, it is a very beneficial working environment with great team members and management. Very grateful for the opportunity to work here!
Gets a little busy during the tax season, but that's part of the job.

InterviewThese are group lectures, where you are informed about the company, and asked little to no questions about your interest or qualifications. It’s presented as high-paying customer service, but it’s actually insurance sales. You are asked to pay for your own background checks, licenses, etc., and the paid training is as low as $300/week while you practice pitching on your friends and family. It’s scammy at worst, hard work for no pay at best.Interview
