I worked at ECS Holdings full-time (More than a year)
Beside the effort to have monthly breakfast meeting and some other seasons celebrations by company... Nothing much.
Poor pay package. Poor culture. Poor vision.
Many two headed snakes in the offices. Especially from sales.
Advice to Management
Please pay your people well. Check on manager or older employee. You may trust them but they may not be trusted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ECS Holdings (Singapore (Singapore)) in March 2010.
Interview process consist of both formal & informal session, which allows interviewer more time to assess a candidate's attitude, aptitude, mindset & mannerism.
All candidates should be fair to themselves & the company, & seek to present all ideas, concepts & personal philosophy, so as to achieve the best job-fit.
