I applied through other source. I interviewed at EDP.
First i was at EDP Open Day, like many other people. It was actually really nice. A lot of workshops, presentations, flash interviews and other. And, my god, the food was AMAZING.
Some months later, when i was looking for work, they called me to talk about a possible internship involving a project. Everything was really vague, but since i had nothing better to do, we scheduled interview for the following day.
On the interview there were present 2 people from HR and 1 manager (head of the project). First they asked me those normal interview question and then me and the manager engaged in a really interesting conversation about the project. I got really interested in it.
After the internship they called me about 4 hours later offering me the position.
