Pros
They really care about their employees and provided support to a bunch of colleagues in war zones when Russia invaded Ukraine. There are lot of intelligent and hard-working individuals working on interesting projects and you get to work with people all over the world—Spain, China, Lithuania, Brazil and many more. It is a diverse and supportive organization that is happy to hear suggestions from anyone about anything. Their benefits are reasonable, they encourage you to use your accrued days off, to balance work and life, and avoid burnout. Most folks have a really positive attitude so it makes it an enjoyable place to work!
Cons
Growing pains are probably the biggest con. Their software/services are in high demand and staffing is difficult everywhere since the pandemic. Trying to scale our workforce to attain the organization's goals has been challenging. They do not contribute to 401K.

Interview
The interview process is divided into three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate a different aspect of the candidate's suitability for the role. The first stage is an interaction with Human Resources, during which they assess the candidate's basic qualifications, work history, and personal attributes. Following the HR interview, the next stage delves into the technical aspects of the role. This technical interview is approximately one hour and thirty minutes in duration and is intended to scrutinize the candidate's technical skills and proficiency in the areas relevant to the job. The third and final stage is the Team Fit interview. Here, the emphasis is on understanding how well the candidate would blend into the existing team dynamics.
