I worked at EMI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As long as you have the motivation to work hard and have a second family away from home this is the perfect place for you I worked here for quite a while and loved every minute of it the people there are always willing to have fun be serious while doing it and yet be there for you if you need them my daughter doesn't call the assistant manager Uncle JT for nothing the ONLY reason I don't work there anymore is because I was moving too far away.

    Cons

I guess the only con is that this particular office doesn't have another location towards Lancaster 🤣😉

    Advice to Management

Marco's just be the same fun, caring manager that you are. You're always there for your employees and that's the reason you've made it this far and will go farther yet.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at EMI (New York, NY) in January 2010.

    Interview

The entire hiring process lasted about a week. It consisted of a phone conversation with someone in HR and then an interview with one of the supervisors. The in person interview was very typical Questions about previous experiences, skills, weaknesses, and how you could be an asset to EMI were all asked.
