    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EMS (Education Management Solutions) (Exton, PA) in December 2013.


    The hiring process consists of a preliminary phone interview from the HR person. If that goes well then they will bring you in for one or more in person interviews with the department manager and one or both of the Vice Presidents of the company.
