    Senior Front End Engineer Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Malvern, PA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at EPAM (Malvern, PA) in June 2020.

    Interview

I had a very bad experience interviewing for this company. Recruiter reached out to me about a senior front-end role. After the initial call, there was a 90 minute video call with a tech lead. I was given 2 problems. 1 JS and 1 leetcode medium. I solved it with optimal solutions. After which I was asked questions on Angular, npm, service workers etc. I struggled a bit in this as the questions were poorly phrased.

I got the feeling that the interviewer was uninterested through out. Which I think is unprofessional. I’m yet to hear back from the recruiter on the next steps.

I would stay away from this company due to their unprofessional approach in treating their candidates.
