Cons

Not a major con by any means, but things move quickly so you have to be prepared for that. Even so, I think people are generally on the same page about priorities despite the fast pace.

    Interview

Typical interview process, HR screen and then panel interview. No technical interview, all just conversations.

The whole process went pretty smoothly until I met my last interviewer. It seems that I did not meet her expectation and therefore I was not followed up any more. Originally I was thinking that I could get the offer as the other interviews went really well. But I guess some how someone have the veto power.

Also instead of went silence, it might be good just to send a rejection and at least provide some feedback to the interviewee. Mutual respect, right?
