I worked at ERPA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very friendly HR and payroll team . Believes in maintaining good relationship with employees and ex-employees. I have worked with them for 2 + years on a rate sharing basis. Never got any issues in payroll etc. Even after leaving them 6 months before they helped me by providing reference letters twice. Cannot ask for more from a company i believe. No issues in getting remaining payments etc after leaving them also. Trustworthy people. Most of my work was done by HR and payroll team only. I never had to reach to management for any issues at all during my tenure with them. I wish them all the best.

    Cons

No cons i can think of during my tenure.

    Advice to Management

No advice for the management as i have no complains.

Technical round followed by HR. Mostly behavioral questions with case studies and specific customer centric use cases. Essentially they are looking for technofunctional consultants who can be customer friendly and deal with demanding clients.
