I have been working at ERRG full-time
The staff. Everyone is willing to help and takes time to answer questions. The company will also pay for professional certifications (EIT, PE, PMP, etc.) which is a great perk.
Since it's a smaller company, the benefits aren't always as good as larger companies. Currently no 401k match. Hopefully that will change in the future.
Advice to Management
Not much, just keep doing what you're doing, and continue growing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ERRG.
I did an internship here so the process was probably a little different than usual but I had a phone interview followed by an in person. I first had a phone interview with someone from the department before having an in person interview with the CFO. He was a great guy and asked some questions about my educational background. There weren't any extremely technical questions (keep in mind it was an intern position).
ERRG held its annual All Hands meeting last Friday. Our Martinez office hosted over 100 employees this year. While enjoying good food and good company, we reflect on last year's accomplishments and look forward to the year ahead!
