What are perks and other benefits like at ESFM?
...90 days with no benefits or paid time off, annual 401k match (so no compound interest) if they even decide to match, and if you make over a certain amount, they won't allow you to have a 401k, they make you essentially give a loan to the company while they keep the interest and then they will pay you back based on performance of the company....
