I worked at ESIS (Pennsylvania) full-time

    Pros

Very nice office to work in. Most of the staff was pleasant and there were those who were willing to mentor and assistant training.

    Cons

Very little room for growth. Frustration with how the company seem to focus on a few instead of providing room for advancement for many.

    Advice to Management

Hopefully things continue to improve as there are very good people working for the company and one would hate to see them leave.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at ESIS (Pennsylvania) (Buffalo, NY) in September 2014.

    Interview

Several supervisors interview you and ask you basic questions. They also hire all entry level positions through Gradstaff Staffing Agency. Once you are referred to them you go in for an interview and it is a very straightforward process and doesn't take long at all.
