I applied online. I interviewed at ESRI Poland.
I applied last fall, and was initially contacted to set up an interview in early February. The interview was over the phone with 2 ESRI employees. They asked me to describe my educational and professional background. We also discussed my interest in the position. There were then several technical questions related to both GIS and software engineering. The interview was very relaxed and conversational. Within a couple of days I heard back from the recruiter saying that the interview had gone very well and she would like to set up a phone conversation to explain the offer they were giving. The next phone conversation was again very relaxed. The recruiter explained, in detail, the offer and discussed options for finding housing. Overall, it was a very enjoyable interview process.
