I worked at EYP full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Really good work environment, smaller office (20 employees) that has a nice mix of experienced staff and younger employees with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Management allows for and encourages staff to have a healthy work/life balance.

    Cons

Smaller office staff means you have to be more flexible in your duties / job title. IT Support is remote which at times can be frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Do not loose the laid-back office atmosphere as you continue to grow.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EYP (Washington, DC).

    Interview

Very casual, they knew what they were looking for and were looking for someone to fill their needs. I was interviewed by one of the principals and the gentleman for whom I would be working. The following day I was called and interviewed by the office manager; she had been out of the office the day and time of the initial and only interview.
