    Pros

Eagle Ray is an excellent mid-size Federal contracting company that truly values its employees. They provide opportunities for new career growth; provide program management and other professional training in addition to individual career development programs; provide competitive benefits and incentives for those who work to develop contracts and proposals. Overall, I'd recommend them to anyone.

    Cons

I can't complain about my time at Eagle Ray. As long as you understand the life of a Federal contractor, you won't have any complaints either.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eagle Ray (Washington, DC) in October 2017.

    Interview

Conducted a phone interview for a position in the D.C. Metro area. Interviewers called about 5 minutes early, only one panel member asked questions, no change in vocal tone or pitch from the interviewer. Interview was shorter than expected but ended in a job offer.

    Interview Questions

    • Describe the analytical and evaluative methods to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of a EM program.   Answer Question
