    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC) in March 2017.

    Interview

Very long systematic interview. Most were of technical nature and behavioral. Applied in Nov 2016 and recieved a call late Feb to interview in Mar 2017. Was a panel interview with 2 asst directors and 1 director. Very in detail interview, they were patient and it was an enjoyable learning experience. It is still in the selection phase but pool of candidates was top notch not sure if I ranked well among them. Still a good learning experience.
