    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at East Cooper Regional Medical Center (Mount Pleasant, SC).

    Interview

The interview was very hurried and informal. It was more like a question of whether I would show up for work on a regular basis, than what I actually had to offer the company. After applying, I had to call the human resources department several times, being told they did not have my online application. Once I was scheduled for an interview, I started within two weeks.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation. Offer was made with salary and benefits noted.
