Give employees more ownership of own work, rather than micromanaging

3 interview panel members, very attentive and helpful. They made me feel relax. I was feeling welcome from the first minute and the interview was fluent and interesting. Panel members were asking questions in turns: one was asking 2-3 questions and then the next panellist was taking over to ask another set of questions
