    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at East West Bank (San Jose, CA) in July 2020.

    Interview

1 hour interview about portfolio with 3 people. They introduce the company first and ask me to describe one of my portfolio work. They asked if I got any questions. I asked how many designers are there in your team. The manager immediately said in pity that I think you are finding a designer team but as I've mentioned we got several different people not just designers. This is quite misunderstanding. And they didn't give me any opportunity to explain it. I think the product manager are not willing to listen to people's words and are not willing to get to know the employee's thought.
