I worked at Eastern Financial full-time (More than 8 years)
Great for climbing the ladder, no micro-managing, people oriented, diverse. It was really a pleasure working for this company. Too bad that the bad decisions of some affected so many. There are few companies like this around today.
Some of upper management caused very bad things to happen to this great company
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eastern Financial.
Initial interview with HR, then hiring manager. Hiring manager very personable, did not ask stupid questions (If you were a tree, etc.)
Second interview with hiring manager's supervisor. Less personable, but straight forward, and no playing games.
After secon interview, offered position
I accepted their offer. It was 22% greater than my then current salary.
